At J.A Chiropractic & Wellbeing, I’m passionate about helping you move, feel and function at your best through evidence-informed chiropractic care and holistic therapy. Based in Bishop’s Cleeve, Cheltenham, my modern clinic opened in July 2025 and has since focused on providing bespoke care for a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal problems – from everyday aches and postural strain to more persistent pain and movement issues.
I graduated with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic from McTimoney College of Chiropractic and am registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). I have over 10 years in the health and wellbeing industry, bringing all my previous experience and skills into my approach, which is holistic and patient-centred: rather than simply chasing symptoms.
I look at how your spine, joints, muscles, nervous system and brain are working together, aiming to address the underlying drivers of your discomfort and support your overall wellbeing.
I recognise that no two patients present in exactly the same way, which is why every care plan is tailored. Treatment may include chiropractic spinal and extremity adjustments, soft-tissue and myofascial work, dry needling/medical acupuncture, breathwork, holistic massage therapy and reflexology, depending on what is clinically appropriate for you.
Alongside hands-on care, I place strong emphasis on education and self-management. This often includes simple, targeted exercise plans, postural and ergonomic advice, and lifestyle or basic nutritional guidance to support your body’s natural ability to adapt and heal. My aim is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel listened to, understood and empowered – helping you develop confidence in your body and a clearer sense of what your amazing system is capable of!
Look well to the spine for the cause of disease.

Why choose J.A Chiropractic & Wellbeing?
Choosing J.A Chiropractic & Wellbeing means placing your health in hands that prioritise you as a whole person, not just a symptom.
Personalised, patient-centred care
No “one size fits all”. Your care plan is tailored to your goals, lifestyle and clinical findings, with regular reviews to make sure we stay on track.
Thorough assessment & clear explanations
Each new patient undergoes a detailed case history, postural and movement assessment, and appropriate orthopaedic/neurological testing. I always explain my findings and treatment options in plain language so you feel informed and involved.
Gentle, evidence-informed chiropractic
Treatment may include spinal and extremity adjustments, joint mobilisation and soft-tissue/myofascial techniques to help improve function, reduce pain and support healthy biomechanics.
Integrated soft-tissue & supportive techniques
Where clinically appropriate, I can incorporate dry needling (western medical acupuncture), kinesiology taping, sports and holistic massage, cupping and reflexology to support recovery, movement quality and comfort between visits.
Focus on nervous system, posture & functional movement
Care is aimed at supporting optimal neuromusculoskeletal function – helping your joints, muscles and nervous system (BRAIN) work better together, with advice on posture, ergonomics and everyday movement.

You’ll receive simple, targeted exercises and self-management strategies so you can continue your progress at home and feel more confident in your own body.
